CHILDREN & ADDITIONAL GUESTS

No Additional Guests are permitted at the spa and Children and additional guests are not permitted in the treatment rooms.  This is especially in effect while a client’s scheduled service is taking place . If you are traveling with someone who is also getting a service , please have them wait in their car or our deck outside until each person is called in for their service. We have medical spa treatments taking place in other treatment rooms , no extra guests are permitted in the spa until we ask you to come up to your scheduled appointment time. LATE ARRIVAL 

In the event that you think you may be delayed, please contact the spa as soon as possible. In the event of a late arrival we may be able to accommodate you to a shorter service . In the event that you are running more than 15 minutes late , we may need to reschedule your appointment which may result in loss of deposit and a new deposit may need to be rendered at that time in order to accommodate you at a later date. 

ALL SALES FINAL. Prices Are Non-Negotiable. Non Refundable. including deposits, packages, no show fees and  product purchases . 

     PACKAGES & EXPIRATION DATES :

At Tacoma Lash N Sugar Wax Facial SPA ALL SAVINGS PACKAGES are a great way to save and keep you consistent with your skin care or hair removal treatment plan ! PLEASE KEEP IN  MIND THAT ALL PACKAGES COME WITH EXPIRATIONS DATES.  We strongly uphold to this policy, as well as others such as all sales final . IF YOU FEEL YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE ALL SERVICES WITHIN THE DESIRED TIME FRAME given with each savings package then , PLEASE PAY AS YOU GO INSTEAD.  In the event that you not use all your prepaid package services before the series expires  , the remaining treatments will be revered to full price and the price difference balance will need to be paid in full before any further services from that package can be rendered to you . AGAIN, we understand that packages may not fit everyone’s schedule and lifestyle, so IF YOU FEEL YOU MAY NOT USE A PACKAGE BEFORE EXPIRATION DATE, PLEASE OPT TO PURCHASING SINGLE SESSIONS OF YOUR DESIRED SPA SERVICE INSTEAD. PREPAID PACKAGE HOLDERS NO SHOW/ LATE CANCELATION POLICY 

o If you have purchased a prepaid savings package and no call no show  an appointment, we may ask that you either pay  50% of the full price of the original service cost as per our standard no show policy as stated in Vagaro, or forfeit a session on your prepaid package series. Please call or text 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to cancel or reschedule in order to avoid a penalty.                                      

LASH EXTENSIONS : 

Any lash fix request after your full set or lash fill visit need need to be communicated while you are still at your appointment, once you leave the facility and request any adjustments this will considered a new scheduled visit , that can be scheduled online as a touch up or fill . Tacoma Lash N Wax Facial Spa cares strongly for the natural health of your lashes and will lash them according to what is the healthiest for your lashes and has the right to refuse service to anyone not following proper lash aftercare which could lead to health risks.

*All deposits will be charged at time of booking and will look like two two transactions, but clearly one charge will be smaller and clearly the other total will look odd as the other one the deposit will be subtracted, but equal the total of the service.
